A Journey Through Food, Culture, & HospitalityBorn in Seoul, South Korea, Chef K-Jun has spent more than two decades exploring the world through food.His career has taken him from Michelin-starred restaurants in New York and luxury five-star hotels to local markets, family kitchens, and street food stalls across 51 countries throughout Latin America, Asia, Europe, and the Caribbean.Driven by a passion for culture as much as for cuisine, he studied Spanish in Bogotá, Colombia, lived in Argentina, and worked as a bartender in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. These experiences shaped not only his understanding of food, but also his appreciation for hospitality, community, and the stories that bring people together around the table.Having lived, worked, and traveled across multiple continents, Chef K-Jun believes that great food is about more than technique.
